During this I projected I researched the history of why Traditional Italian Cuisine into Italian American Cuisine. During this I elected source material which I saw best fit. I chose to review a wide array of sources on the matter to ensure accurate information was being outputted, as well as a wide array of reasonings behind the matter to be able to gage ad understand an accurate depictions of the Events that led up to the point in history where we are today.
